By accessing or using the services provided by GMI Tech ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.
GMI Tech provides software development, web design, AI automation, and related technology services. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time without prior notice.
All content, designs, code, and materials created by GMI Tech remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express permission.
You agree to provide accurate information, timely feedback, and necessary materials required for project completion. Delays caused by incomplete or inaccurate information may affect project timelines and deliverables.
Payment terms are outlined in individual project proposals and contracts. Unless otherwise stated, invoices are due within 15 days of issuance. Late payments may incur additional charges or suspension of services.
GMI Tech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service in question.
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the course of a project. This obligation survives the termination of any agreement between us.
Either party may terminate a project agreement with written notice. Upon termination, you agree to pay for all work completed up to the termination date. GMI Tech will provide deliverables completed to date.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ballari, Karnataka.
