Services

Scope, timelines and deliverables are set out in a written proposal before work begins.

Payments

Fixed-scope projects are billed by milestone. Other models are billed monthly or per engineer.

Intellectual property

On full payment, ownership of the custom work we deliver transfers to you, excluding third-party and open-source components.

Confidentiality

We keep your project information confidential and will sign an NDA on request.

Liability

Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the affected work.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction in Ballari, Karnataka.
